Sabor del Valle is an annual celebration of local wine, food, art, music and the cultural richness of the Latino community, with proceeds benefiting three worthy nonprofits that provide social and educational services to individuals in need.
This year’s Sabor del Valle was a smashing success! We were delighted to welcome close to 500 attendees at History Park San Jose on July 12 – a record that we aim to surpass in 2014! We are grateful to each one of you that attended Sabor del Valle. We hope that you made new connections, rocked out to the musical fusions of Tortilla Soup, and indulged in the best that our local vintners, restaurants and merchants had to offer. We’d love to know what you loved most about Sabor del Valle, and any ways that we can improve the experience for you next year. Please use our contact form if you would like to send us any comments.
We would like to give a big abrazo to all the vintners, restaurants, artists, musicians and sponsors that made this year’s Sabor del Valle muy sabroso:

We’d like to thank Ghee Sanchez-Hagedorn, owner of Vila Vallecito vineyards, for her tremendous contribution in auctioning off a stay at the beautiful casita overlooking the vineyards. Special thanks also goes to Damian Trujillo for hosting the night’s festivities, as well as to [name of mariachi] and Tortilla Soup for keeping the party rockin’.
We look forward to welcoming you again next year. Through your support, we are able to help sustain our beneficiary organizations (Rotoplast, Teen Challenge Alum Rock Center and the Jose Valdes Math Institute) that transform the lives of individuals in the Bay Area and beyond.
